By accessing or using Gemology Lens ("the App", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the App.
Gemology Lens provides AI-assisted gemstone and diamond identification, optical property estimation, and valuation guidance based on images submitted by the user. The App is intended for educational, organizational, and preliminary screening purposes only.
You may be required to provide an email address to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Certain features require a paid subscription or credit pack purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your app profile or the billing portal. Refunds are subject to the applicable app store and payment provider policies.
You agree not to misuse the App, including: submitting content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights; attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt the service; using the App for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose; or reselling or sublicensing access without permission.
The App, its design, reports, and software are the property of Gemology Lens and its licensors. Reports generated for your scans may be retained and shared by you for personal and professional use, provided the embedded disclaimers remain intact.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gemology Lens and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any analysis, identification, or valuation it produces.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the in-app self-service deletion option or the public account deletion portal.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted within the App or on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
